Host Hotel

Anyone looking to book a hotel or room for the Band-Aid, we have you covered! Tru By Hilton (right next door to the fields) is offering a special rate for the Band-Aid, well below current COS per diem rate. They also have a shuttle to/from airport that runs from 4:45am - midnight so you can completely get by without a rental! They will have meals and drinks nightly, and will host a Social on Wednesday night for $15/person that includes a meal + 2 drinks. Whether you are staying with them or not - it is a 5 minute walk from the fields, and if that is too far to stumble they will have their shuttle running to and from the fields from 6pm - 12am. They also have a large open parking lot behind the hotel that we have been able to secure for reserved camper, trailer, rv parking. These do not have hookups, but it eliminates the risk of ticketing or towing by the city/county at or around the fields. The nightly rate is $29, and for $39 you will receive breakfast and access to their full amenities (laundry, pool, gym, grills, etc. etc.). Book your room(s) now using this link.
